Global Accommodations Lead

Anthropic is seeking an Accommodations Partner to own the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process for US and global operations, ensuring fair, compliant support for employees and candidates. You will serve as the subject matter expert on complex accommodation requests and applicable disability law across jurisdictions where Anthropic operates, leading the interactive process with employees, managers, and HR.
