Known for their integrity, safety standards, and customer-centric approach, they’re building a dynamic team to support their expansion across CA.They’re looking for a motivated Commercial Account Executive to join their team, covering the Los Angeles markets. This role is perfect for someone with strong business development experience in the HVAC/R or adjacent industries who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
100% Hunter; average size of projects are $50K - $3MDrive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing service and project opportunities Build long-term relationships with commercial customers, food distribution plants, local gov/counties, etc. Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans, aligned with company goals. Partner with internal service and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales pipeline and activities. Stay current with industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position offerings.
Must Haves:
Proven experience in HVAC/R commercial sales OR a RELATED field (Commercial: Plumbing, Electrical contracting, Mechanical contracting, Refrigeration services, Fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, etc.), or Building automation systems (BAS/BMS).Strong understanding of mechanical systems, service contracts, and retrofit solutions. Ability to work independently in a field-based role while managing time and priorities effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
