Join an innovative R&D team where you'll develop new analytical methods and solve challenging problems involving novel organic molecules. This is a highly hands‑on role offering the opportunity to work with advanced instrumentation in a collaborative, research‑driven environment.
Requirements:
PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or a related field
Experience analyzing organic or small molecules
Hands‑on experience with analytical instrumentation such as LC, LC‑MS, GC, GC‑MS, FTIR, Raman, or mass spectrometry
Strong understanding of chromatography, spectroscopy, and separation science
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
Industry experience is not required; outstanding PhD graduates, postdocs, and research organization candidates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities: Develop new analytical methods for novel organic molecules
Utilize a variety of analytical techniques to characterize materials and solve technical challenges
Generate and interpret analytical data to support research and product development
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D teams on innovation projects
Develop and implement new laboratory capabilities
Write technical reports and analytical test methods
Perform hands‑on laboratory work including sample preparation and routine lab responsibilities
Drive analytical projects from concept through implementation as experience grows
