Revenue Cycle Architect — Scale Dental RCM

The Wisdom Teeth Guys, a growing multi-market DSO, seeks a Revenue Cycle Manager to own and scale our insurance revenue cycle across markets. This senior role leads verification, claims, credentialing, and KPI-driven growth, building processes and teams for rapid scale. You will manage in-house staff and vendor relationships while preparing operations for new markets. Candidates should have 5+ years in dental/healthcare RCM and a proven track record of scaling complex RCM across multiple sites.
