Loan Officer / Loan Officer Assistant – Fully RemotePREMIUM LEADS | NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED | WE HELP YOU GET LICENSEDCompensation Potential: $120,000–$300,000+ as a Licensed Loan Officer We're looking for hungry, competitive, tech-savvy people who want to build a high-income career in mortgage sales. No mortgage experience, college degree, or license required to get started. You can come to us right out of high school. If you're motivated and coachable, we'll help you learn the business, get licensed, and work toward becoming a Loan Officer. Not licensed yet? Start as a Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) while learning the business and working toward your NMLS license. Already licensed? Start as a Loan Officer with access to premium leads, multiple lenders, competitive pricing, and hands-on support.
What You'll Do:
Speak with homeowners and identify mortgage opportunities Learn how to sell and structure different loan programs Take applications and collect required documentation Manage and follow up with leads Work with processors and underwriters to get loans closed Build relationships with clients and create repeat business
What We're Looking For:
Hungry, competitive, and motivated by success Extremely comfortable with technology and learning new software Confident communicating over the phone Coachable and willing to learn Able to handle rejection and stay persistent Strong work ethic and self-discipline Sales experience is a plus, but not required Active NMLS license is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
