Technical Support Specialist, Golf & Sports Tech

Auxillium USA is hiring Technical Support Representatives to support an exciting golf and sports technology client. You don't need to be an IT expert or golf professional; we value curiosity, communication, and a proactive approach to helping customers troubleshoot issues. In this full-time role, you'll diagnose hardware and software problems, guide customers through steps by phone, email, chat, and webform, document interactions in a CRM, and learn the specialized golf tech through training.
