This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for flexible PRN hours, consistent patient flow, and a supportive rehab team.

What You’ll Do:
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the OT
Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
Document treatments and progress accurately
Collaborate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams
Support a positive and engaging rehab environment
What We’re Looking For Active COTA license in Arizona
SNF or rehab experience preferred
Strong documentation and communication skills
Reliable and flexible with scheduling
