Pediatric Resource Group (PRG) is a remote, fully remote CDI role focused on pediatric documentation integrity. You will collaborate with physicians, coding professionals, and healthcare leaders to improve pediatric records' accuracy, specificity, and clinical reflectiveness. The Pediatric CDIS works on concurrent and retrospective reviews, educates providers, and drives compliant documentation that supports accurate reimbursement and quality outcomes.
