Apply for this role →Join Our Innovation Team as an R&D Laboratory Technician! At KDC, our Research & Development Lab is detail-oriented and hands-on. Be a part of a team making it happen.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Verify, calibrate, and maintain essential equipment like balances, pH meters, and light boxes.
- Label, pack, and ship R&D samples to our Quality Control Lab and other KDC sites.
- Assist with stability testing, place samples in controlled conditions, and analyze results to ensure product excellence.
- Order and restock lab supplies and glassware so the team never misses items
- Document everything accurately and maintain confidentiality of formulas and sensitive information.
- Perform cleaning duties and follow all safety and environmental guidelines.
- What We Need from You:
- High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year of lab experience preferred
- Knowledge of FDA GMPs, OSHA safety requirements, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
