OD Coordinator — Patient Experience & Vision Care

Visionworks is seeking an OD Coordinator who serves as the face of our Exam Practice, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience with a friendly, knowledgeable approach. The role includes training and scheduling OD Techs and supporting the exam lane, optics, and services to meet patient needs. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate patient flow, and ensure accurate records while contributing to a welcoming in-store atmosphere and high-quality eye care experiences.
