Job Responsibilities: Schedule and establish set times for service appointments for technical reviews and/ or additional training Record information relative to each technical review in customer database Provide training to customers to ensure they understand the value of the equipment and how to use it Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable Provide technical training to sales, service and other employees as assigned by management Maintain high customer service standards (CSI) and handle phone inquiries regarding appointment and work in process Perform any administrative duties as assigned
