Senior TA Programs & Systems Lead - ATS & Uni Relations

Albany International is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Programs & Systems Specialist to lead recruiting systems and associated programs, including university relations and early-career initiatives. The role focuses on the transition to SmartRecruiters, end-to-end recruiting operations, and global process improvement. You will work with HRIS and global leaders to shape priorities, manage the enhancement roadmap, and drive enterprise-wide talent strategies across our Portsmouth, NH operations.
