Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Core responsibilities: Provide assessments and individual, group or family therapy within credentials; develop treatment plans, document progress and coordinate referrals and safety planning. Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams. Maintain confidentiality, respect participant choice, communicate service gaps promptly, and follow role-specific policies and professional scope. Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement. Program readiness This is a planned role. Start date and duties are contingent on applicable program approvals, funding, credentialing and staffing readiness. Services may begin only within the approved scope. Location and schedule New Jersey, with administrative coordination through Grace and on-site or community assignments as applicable. Part-time; assignment and weekly schedule discussed during hiring. Clinical services begin only at approved locations and within authorized scope.

Requirements: Active NJ independent clinical license appropriate to the service, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or psychologist; supervision where required. Applicants should provide relevant credentials, experience, availability and a resume. Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery. Pay: $30-$40 per hour, based on qualifications and relevant experience.

Employment type: Part-time. Weekly hours and start date discussed during hiring; contingent on required approvals and staffing readiness.
