Copy and Print Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION: A Civil Engineering firm in San Diego and is looking for someone to join our Reprographics department as a Reprographics Tech. This is a full-time starting position that needs to be filled immediately. 1-2 years of experience is preferred, but all applications will be reviewed and considered. Training for this position will be provided. - Complete large numbers of reprographics requests for black/white and color photocopies - Operate production printers and copiers, including inputting job-processing settings and managing job queues - Check document quality before, during, and after each production job - Operate finishing equipment (3-hole drills, bindery, laminating, folder, cutter, etc.) according to job ticket instruction - Load copiers with paper and toner as needed - Troubleshoot basic equipment problems - Communicate with the manager and client on job or deadline issues - Stock large/small format paper and office supplies - Delivering documents to various agencies county-wide - Light building maintenance work - Care for company delivery vehicle, making sure to keep up to date with maintenance schedule - Equipment that we work with directly are Large Format printers with Canon such as: Oce Plot Wave 900, Oce Color Wave 3500, Oce Color Wave 3600, & Colortrac SmartLF SC 36. - Small Format printers such as: RICOH Pro C5100s, RICOH Aficio MP, RICOH MP, RICOH Pro 907 EXREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Handyman skills are a plus - Copy and Print experience - Experience with small Format printers such as: RICOH Pro C5100s, RICOH Aficio MP, RICOH MP, RICOH Pro 907 EX - High school diploma or equivalent - Computer skills required - Word, Outlook, PDF - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis - Must be able to work standing up majority of the day - Must have valid driver's license and clean DMV recordNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Handyman skills are a plus - Copy and Print experience - Experience with equipment that we work with directly are Large Format printers with Canon such as: Oce Plot Wave 900, Oce Color Wave 3500, Oce Color Wave 3600, & Colortrac SmartLF SC 36. - Experience with small Format printers such as: RICOH Pro C5100s, RICOH Aficio MP, RICOH MP, RICOH Pro 907 EXPay up to $24/hr
