Our mission is to manage the largest electric two-wheeler fleet in the US. Our dynamic team is expanding quickly, and we are looking for a leader to scale our inventory and asset tracking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset tracking: Manage the bike fleet lifecycle using GPS and AirTags, including Apple ID management and device configuration.
Inventory audits & data accuracy: Run physical and system inventory counts for bikes, batteries, and parts, ensuring ERP data accuracy.
Automation & reporting: Build and maintain tools such as Telegram bots and dashboards to monitor warehouse status and battery health.
Inventory transfers: Coordinate and reconcile inventory movements between locations in the ERP system and report on results.
Process improvement: Improve inventory counting and reconciliation methods to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
Team support: Support mechanics and store admins by reviewing inspections, documenting issues, and advising on inventory procedures.
