Position Summary: We're looking for a Field Supervisor to manage a single jobsite from start to finish — making sure crews show up on time, work gets done, and equipment stays in working order. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a construction company and learn the trade from the ground up.

Responsibilities: Track crew attendance and ensure work is progressing as scheduled

Monitor equipment condition and report issues promptly Oversee one jobsite and manage day-to-day site operations Serve as the on-site point of contact for daily activity Act as bridge between office and field.

Requirements: Must be able to stay on-site full time

Construction experience preferred but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
