The role focuses on end-to-end publication of legal notices, coordinating with clients and maintaining accuracy throughout intake, scheduling, data entry, proofreading, and notarized proofs. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong typing (75 WPM), proficient MS Word/Excel, and familiarity with InDesign or File Maker Pro to support timely and accurate publication processes.
