Associate Director, Legal AI Enablement & Adoption

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP is seeking an Associate Director, Legal AI Enablement & Support to help the firm maximize AI effectiveness by understanding internal usage, needs, and barriers to adoption. Reporting to the Head of AI, Knowledge & Innovation, this role will gather insights across practices and business services teams and translate them into practical enablement strategies, training, and ongoing support to drive adoption.
