VP of AI Research & Agentic Delivery

Harris Computer is seeking an experienced AI Delivery leader to guide agentic, human-on-the-loop software across Corrections and Law Enforcement product lines. You’ll own roadmaps, governance, architecture, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and security teams. You will mentor managers, manage budgets, and translate AI capability into customer value and revenue while balancing rapid delivery with safety, compliance, and scalable platform modernization.
