Pay: $55-70 per hour ASAP ABA, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled BCBA to support children and families through in-person ABA services in the Temecula Valley and North San Diego County. What you’ll do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Create and update behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Supervise, train, and provide practical feedback to behavior technicians Coach caregivers on strategies they can use in daily routines Review client data and adjust treatment based on progress Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers as appropriate Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation What we’re looking for Experience providing ABA services to children and families Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills A collaborative, compassionate approach to caregiver support Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client service locations in the assigned area This is a part-time, in-person position.
