Job Description:
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM).Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP CRM components, including BOL/GENIL models, Web UI enhancements, and CRM-specific business logic.
- Maintain and enhance CRM middleware, including debugging of queues and BDOCs.
- Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms related to SAP CRM.Collaborate with functional teams to clarify requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in integration efforts using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).Perform debugging and troubleshooting within SAP CRM and connected systems.
- Ensure transport requests comply with coding standards and change management procedures.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed CRM objects and interfaces.
- Support unit and integration testing cycles with thorough issue resolution.
- Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of CRM solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with peers.
