Remote Part-Time HR Specialist (Payroll & Compliance)

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a remote HR professional to support our team on a part-time or project-by-project basis. This flexible role covers employment tax correspondence, family leave documentation, injury reporting, unemployment claims, and other HR and compliance needs as they arise. Ideal candidates will have prior HR, payroll, or compliance experience and be comfortable working independently across multi-state employment.
