Lead Machinist / Programmer

This role exists to support Chem Flowtronics' continued production of high-quality, precision components. The CNC Machinist plays a critical role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and consistency across machining operations while supporting a collaborative, professional shop environment.---Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills for precision machining Load, run, and adjust CNC programs at the machine Perform drilling, milling, turning, and cutting operations Conduct test runs and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Document measurements, inspections, and production activity Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams---Machines, Controls & Software You'll work with equipment and tools including: Machines: CNC Lathes and CNC Mills Controls: CNC machine controls (specific platforms based on cell)CAM Software: Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments Materials You'll Work With~ Metals commonly used in precision machining (Specific materials will vary by job and program)---Proven experience as a CNC Machinist / Setup Operator Hands-on experience with CNC machine setup, tooling, and offsets Knowledge of CNC programming xevrcyc fundamentals and machine controls Experience performing part inspection and quality verification Formal technical training or CNC certification Hands-on training with experienced professionals Modern CNC equipment and professional standards
