closely related environmentDemonstrated ownership of a product line, equipment category, or business segmentProven track record of improving metrics such as utilization, ROI, lifecycle cost, margin, uptime, or fleet performanceStrong understanding of the construction, industrial, Power/HVAC, or power generation equipment landscapeDeep knowledge of capital equipment lifecycle management from specification and acquisition through maintenance, replacement, and dispositionStrong commercial experience working directly with OEMs and major suppliersExperience developing negotiation strategies and influencing pricing, specifications, rebates, service levels, and supplier performanceProven ability to translate enterprise strategy into executable product and fleet plansStrong analytical capabilities with experience using complex data to support capital, sourcing, and operational decisionsAbility to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed organizationStrong influencing skills
