Apply for this role →Serving as the primary point of contact for client facility Medical Staff Offices, the full-time remote Privileging Coordinator will manage the privileging and reappointment processes for physicians, ensuring compliance with facility requirements while maintaining accurate credentialing files and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and client facilities
Review applications and re-appointments for accuracy and completeness
Utilize the credentialing system to process facility privileges and ensure timely communication
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with 1-2 years of experience in the medical staff field
CPCS certification preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and collaboration tools
Understanding of medical terminology and Joint Commission Standards
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
