Accounts Payable Specialist

Qualifications: 3+ years of professional Accounts Payable experience. Experience working with high-volume payment processing and multiple electronic payment methods. Previous experience supporting multiple entities, business units, or international operations is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of accounting principles and U.S. GAAP.Strong experience reconciling payments, accounts, and vendor activity. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting software; Sage, Acumatica, or comparable systems is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to research discrepancies through resolution. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to organize and prioritize a high volume of work while consistently meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating directly with vendors and partnering with internal accounting and business teams. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative accounting environment. Interest in process improvement, automation, and improving the efficiency of accounting operations.
