Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $200,000 base salary plus a 30% production bonus
Expected Earnings: $200,000–$400,000 annually
Benefits Include:

The Opportunity:
This is afull-time associate rolewith the flexibility tostart at 5 days per week and transition to a regular 4-day scheduleover time.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMAbility to move to a4-day workweekregularly as you get established
You’ll practice a broad scope ofgeneral dentistry, withmentorship availableto grow into advanced procedures, including:
- Implants
- EndodonticsOral surgery
- OrthodonticsOurmodern officeis fully equipped withdigital X-rays, intraoral scanners, CBCT imaging, and laser dentistry .Mentorship & Growth
Mentorship is a genuine strength here. You’ll learn alongsideveteran owner-dentists who stay closely involved, plus asupportive cohort of fellow associateswho meet and collaborate regularly.
