Job Summary:
The salary range for this position is $545,000 to $545,001 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

About Us:
Mass General Brigham (MGB) is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologiststo join our Enterprise Anesthesiology Community Physicians Practice. This practice provideshigh-quality anesthesia careacross Mass General Brigham's community hospitals and ambulatory surgical centersin Massachusetts. We are committed to excellence in patient care, professional development, and innovation in perioperative medicine.
Position Overview:
We are recruitinggeneral anesthesiologiststo provide care across a diverse range of surgical procedures in acommunity hospital and ambulatory setting. This position offers the opportunity to practice within acollaborative, team-based modelthat integrates with the expertise and resources of Mass General Brigham's academic and community sites.
Responsibilities:
Deliversafe and effectiveanesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, includinggeneral surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, ENT, and other specialties.
Performpreoperative assessments, anesthetic management, and postoperative care.
Work collaboratively within ateam-oriented anesthesia care modelthat includes anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
Participate inquality improvement initiatives and clinical innovation projectswithin the system.
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
Strong clinical skills with a commitment topatient-centered care.
Ability to work within ateam-based environmentwith anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff.
Prior experience incommunity hospital or ambulatory anesthesiais preferred but not required.
