PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with management of all operations of Royal Street Café and The Sticky Wicket.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and manage café staff
Maintain and/or help implement new efficient work methods and systems
Assist with bussing, serving, expediting, or bartending as needed
Ensure excellent guest service
Process any pertinent voids or errors on the Infogenesis point of sale system
Oversee all products and liquor ordering and storage
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of experience in restaurant supervision or management required
Experience with POS systems
Experience with bartending, draft, and metered pouring
Must be "Tips" certified and possess a Utah Food Handler's card
Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. and withstand frequent up-and-down/ twisting/ repetitive movements
Must be at least 21 years of age

Pay: $28.00 per hour
