What You'll Do: Greet every customer warmly and create a welcoming checkout experience Operate the register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card, and other payment methods Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area at all times Bag groceries with care, especially delicate and perishable items Answer customer questions and direct them to the right department or team member Stay familiar with our products, promotions, and store layout so you can genuinely help Support the front end team during peak hours and assist with light stocking or store upkeep as needed Communicate through company-designated platforms including Homebase and email Treat every customer and co-worker with courtesy, patience, and respect
