Collections Manager- Remote

Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of legal and collections matters across multiple markets. Coordinate with outside counsel and internal operations teams. Oversee case activity, deadlines, documentation, and reporting. Lead, coach, and support a small team. Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes. Ensure consistent workflows and quality across the team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.5+ years of legal, collections, case management, or litigation support experience. Real estate, property management, and collections experience preferred. Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is required. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
