Director of Safety & Field Performance

PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC (dba QUES) seeks a Director of Safety to lead company-wide safety standards and programs. The role drives field observation quality, incident investigations, and corrective actions with accountable owners, across multi-region operations. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, NFPA 70E and prequalification requirements while collaborating closely with Training and Operations to align curriculum and field practices.
