Director of Operations and Production (Education & Financial Literacy) The Director of Operations and Production is responsible for ensuring that the entire operation of Finance Studio runs efficiently, organized, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. This role combines three critical areas — projects, production, and clients — ensuring that each initiative is executed on time, with the right resources, and with high quality standards. The position has a strong hands-on component, focusing on creating structure, predictability, and processes that support the company's sustainable growth. Finance Studio is a content producer led by Gabriel Ferreira, founder of New Trading Horizons, the largest YouTube channel on financial literacy in Portugal. In addition to the channel, we develop digital products, training, and events in the field of financial education, with the goal of making financial knowledge more accessible, useful, and transformative. We create multimedia content — videos, newsletters, social media, and sales pages — always based on rigorous research, clear communication, and a focus on real impact.
