As an Executive Recruiting Partner, you’ll manage the full search lifecycle—developing new client relationships, identifying hiring needs, recruiting and evaluating talent, and managing searches through successful placement. This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. Full-time commitment and financial readiness for the ramp-up period are important.
