Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care, located in Beaverton, OR is seeking a dedicated and passionate Caregiver to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community.

Responsibilities of the CaregiverProvide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
Completes state required training upon hire and annually.
Required Experience:
Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Preferably one (1) year prior experience in Senior Living, as a Caregiver and/or Med Tech.
Tuberculosis (TB) and CPR Certifications as required by the State
Basic computer skills.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.

Additional$1.50/hourfor weekend coverage.
