Role Description:
We are seeking a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Associate to join our Miami team. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate and looking to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Cold Calling Meeting in person potential sellers Research and identify potential acquisition opportunities Conduct outreach to property owners and brokers Maintaining organized records and follow-ups across multiple active connections
Qualifications:
Able to work independently and in a team Self-driven Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Task-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Excel, CRM tools, and Google Workspace is a plus
