What You’ll Be Doing: Caseload Management:
  • Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
  • School-Based Supervision (In Person):Be hands‑on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
  • In-Home Supervision (Telehealth):Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
  • Assessments & Treatment Planning:
  • Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.

  • You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Have 1+ years of ABA experience (bonus points for school or home-based work!)
