Scheduling Representative

ORTHOPEDIC SPECIALISTS OF SW is seeking a Telephone Operator in Fort Myers to triage and answer calls, screen them, and route to the appropriate staff member. This role supports patient communication, referrals, and medical records with HIPAA compliance. The position is full-time, nonexempt, and reports to the Scheduling Supervisor. Strong communication and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are required, along with basic computer literacy in a Windows environment.
