Senior Service Designer for Healthcare Experience

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Professional Service Designer to lead service design projects across CenterWell lines of business, translating research and stakeholder insights into actionable concepts, blueprints, and recommendations that align people, processes, technology, and data. You will plan discovery research, conduct partner interviews, facilitate journeys and workshops to identify opportunities for service improvement, and map frontstage/backstage interactions and dependencies to
