Claims Paralegal: AI-Powered Claims Specialist

WithCoverage is seeking a Claims Paralegal to support claims across our commercial accounts, reporting to the Head of Claims. You will prepare loss notices, gather documentation, track deadlines, and maintain audit-ready files in our Agency Management System. You will work closely with Claims Counsel and Managers to ensure timely carrier notices, coverage analysis, and effective litigation support.
