Hotel Front Desk - Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities: Greet all guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Reconcile room charges and account balances Generate daily reports Control building access and act as the primary security contact for the building Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel's reservation system. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift reports accurately. Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records.

Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or hotel front desk is preferred. Proficient with computers and reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS, or similar systems).Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
