Key Responsibilities:
Own feature definitions, acceptance criteria, and prioritization for key workflows Translate banker needs into structured product requirements Manage MVP > Phase 2 > Scale roadmap iterations Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, AI, and CRM teams Track behavioral metrics and refine the product through data-driven iteration Must-Have Skillsets 5 years in digital product management, ideally in financial services or enterprise tools Strong understanding of mobile, CRM, and AI-enabled workflows Ability to write clear requirements and run agile ceremonies Analytical mindset with familiarity in usage analytics tools Qualification - BS in Computer Science of Equivalent
