Project Details: This candidate will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations. Candidates will be responsible for leading project teams and managing activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations projects.
Duties:
- Facilitate project meetings
- Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations
- Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations
- Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions
- Liaison with leadership as needed
- Top Skills:5 plus years of project or product delivery
- Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePointExperience working in Agile environment
Nice To Have:
- Operations experience
- LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving

In this contingent resource assignment, candidates may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
5 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Note: 1 delivery manager and 1 LIQ trainer 12 months possible extension
Primary location would be USA-NC-CHARLOTTE-1305 W W T Harris Blvd-142913 also open to the Irving location

Pay Range:
$XXX - $XXXThe specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
