Stand is building a global property protection platform that uses physics and AI to model catastrophic risk and automate underwriting before loss occurs. The Mitigation Engineer leads the Stand Protection Plan for inspected properties, making vegetation, structure, and hazard calls, then runs the Protection Review with homeowners and brokers to reach a definitive yes. You will shape automation opportunities and contribute to expanding coverage into new markets while maintaining high standards of
