Minimum Requirements:
High School Graduate, GED; Bilingual preferred.
Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance, as this position will require you to commute to other locations.
Must be computer literate with 35-40 WPM.Must have the ability to think through, reason and utilize common sense in working with diverse individuals.
Must possess good communication skills - verbal and written, Bilingual preferred.
Must possess one (1) year clerical experience.
Must possess the ability to assist in preparing reports, maintaining schedules and appointments.
Must possess the ability to greet and direct all visitors professionally and properly channel all telephone calls.
Must possess the ability to perform clerical duties of a confidential nature.
Regular and timely attendance is a must, and be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Must occasionally lift and/or move over 25 pounds.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Perform all related duties as assigned.
Must have not ever been convicted of or placed on court-ordered community supervision/probation for any criminal offense classified as a Class B misdemeanor or higher.
