I’m recruiting aTeam Lead Attorneyfor the growing Baltimore officeof a national law firm dedicated to representing survivors of sexual abuse. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in a growing office, handle substantive civil litigation, and pursue accountability for people whose stories deserve to be heard. Compensation and benefits:
Base salary up to $250,000, depending on experience.
Additional bonuses that have typically ranged from$20,000–$50,000.
100% of employee healthcare premiums covered.
401(k) with a 5% employer match.
What we’re looking for:
7+ years of civil litigation experience.
More than 50 depositions taken and/or defended.
Experience arguing motions, appearing at hearings, and negotiating settlements.
A demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and move matters toward resolution.
The judgment, initiative, and collaborative approach to help lead a growing team.
Personal injury experience preferred— plaintiff or defense backgrounds welcome. Prior sexual abuse litigation experience is not required. What matters is strong litigation experience and a sincere interest in advocating for survivors.
