Position Overview:
The General Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric patients within a busy and supportive practice. This role offers a strong work-life balance with a four-day work week and shared call schedule, along with the opportunity to practice in a community-focused setting with access to RWJBarnabas Health’s extensive resources. The anticipated minimum salary range for this position if hired to work is $185,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
