Insurance Coverage Associate

What You’ll Do: Lead insurance coverage matters from inception through resolution, including trial Partner closely with senior attorneys while independently managing your own docket Draft and argue dispositive and substantive motions in state and federal courts Conduct written discovery, depositions, and examinations under oath Provide strategic coverage advice to claims professionals and in-house counsel Prepare clear, practical, and well-reasoned coverage opinions What We’re Looking For 2-5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience Active Illinois bar admission and admission to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Confidence managing client relationships and providing direct advice Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of files Why This Role?
