Machine Operator

Essential Job Responsibilities: Operate imaging department equipment efficiently and safely Perform quality inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor equipment repairs Enter production jobs into the manufacturing tracking system Read and interpret shop orders to verify: Completion of previous operations Production counts Product quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety and production procedures Work Schedule Full-time position

Shift: Monday-Friday Mandatory overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production demands Schedule adjustments and overtime requirements will be communicated in advance whenever possible

Qualifications: Required High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year in Production environment/Machine operating Must be able to pass E-Verify and Background check.

Preferred Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to cross-train

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without strain Fine motor skills and manual dexterity Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed visual inspections Ability to use microscopes for prolonged periods during job duties\nCompany
