As an In-Home Caregiver for Home Matters Caregiving, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients while working flexible shifts, including day, evening, overnight, and 4–12 hour cases.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support clients with dementia or memory care needs
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Assist with transfers (Hoyer lift experience a plus)
Requirements:
- 6+ months professional caregiving experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearlyPCA/HHA/CNA preferred (not required)CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
